In Situ Hybridization, ISH

In Situ Hybridization (ISH) is a detection technique related to gene expression and localization. This technology uses the principle of base pairing in the process of RNA and DNA from denaturation to renaturation. The purpose is to make the biomarker RNA or DNA probe and the target RNA and DNA contained in the cell form RNA-RNA, RNA-DNA, DNA-DNA complex, and then through the amplification and collection of probe signals to analyze the monitoring related to nucleic acids.

The Protocol of ISH:

1. Probe design and preparation
