Product Name: | Recombinant Rat Cd36, Fc tagged |
Product Overview: | Recombinant Rat Cd36 (Gly30-Lys439), fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, was produced in Human Cell. |
Description: | Platelet glycoprotein 4, also known as Leukocyte differentiation antigen CD36, GPIIIB, GP3B, FAT, and CD36, is integral membrane protein found on the surface of many cell types in vertebrate animals. It belongs to the CD36 family and is found on platelets, erythrocytes, monocytes, differentiated adipocytes, mammary epithelial cells, spleen cells and some skin microdermal endothelial cells. CD36 has also been implicated in hemostasis, thrombosis, malaria, inflammation, lipid metabolism and atherogenesis. CD3 |
Source: | HEK293 cells |
Species: | Rat |
Tag: | Fc |
Formulation: | Lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4. |
Storage: | Store under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
Reconstitution: | It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents. |
