Product Name: | Recombinant Mouse Chi3l1, His tagged |
Product Overview: | Recombinant Mouse Chi3l1 (Q61362) extracellular domain (Met 1-Ala 381), fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag, was produced in Human Cell. |
Description: | Chi3l1 is a secretory glycoprotein and member of the chitinase protein family. It is associated with late stages of monocyte to macrophage maturation. Human Chi3l1 is a 39-kDa glycoprotein secreted by articular chondrocytes, synoviocytes and macrophages. Increased levels of Chi3l1 have been demonstrated in synovial fluids of patients with rheumatoid or osteoarthritis. |
Source: | HEK293 cells |
Species: | Mouse |
Tag: | His |
Formulation: | Lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4. |
Storage: | Store under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
Reconstitution: | It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents. |
Molecular Mass: | The secreted recombinant mouse CHI3L1 comprises 371 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 42.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rmCHI3L1 is approximately 50 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. |
