| Product Name: | Recombinant Mouse Chi3l1, His tagged |
| Product Overview: | Recombinant Mouse Chi3l1 (Q61362) extracellular domain (Met 1-Ala 381), fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag, was produced in Human Cell. |
| Description: | Chi3l1 is a secretory glycoprotein and member of the chitinase protein family. It is associated with late stages of monocyte to macrophage maturation. Human Chi3l1 is a 39-kDa glycoprotein secreted by articular chondrocytes, synoviocytes and macrophages. Increased levels of Chi3l1 have been demonstrated in synovial fluids of patients with rheumatoid or osteoarthritis. |
| Source: | HEK293 cells |
| Species: | Mouse |
| Tag: | His |
| Formulation: | Lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4. |
| Storage: | Store under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
