Description:  Siglec-3, also known as CD33, is a protein specifically expressed on cells of the myelomonocytic lineage. As a member of the Siglec family, its primary function is to recognize and bind to sialic acids, a type of carbohydrate present on other cell surfaces. This interaction is considered crucial for modulating the activity of these myeloid immune cells.
Formulation:  Formulated in 0.22μm-filtered Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4).
Purity:  > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage:  Store under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
