| Product Name: | Recombinant Human SERPINB4, His tagged |
| Product Overview: | Recombinant Human SERPINB4 (P48594) (Met 1-Pro 390), fused with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, was produced in Baculovirus-Insect cells. |
| Description: | SERPINB4 is a member of the clade B serpins. Biochemical analysis of recombinant SCCA1 and SCCA2 proteins shows that SCCA1 is a potent cross-class inhibitor of papain-like cysteine proteinases such as cathepsins L, S and K, whereas SCCA2 is an inhibitor of chymotrypsin-like serine proteinases such as cathepsin G and mast cell chymase. |
