Product Overview:  Biotinylated Human ROR1, Fc Tag is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293 cells). It contains AA Gln 30 - Glu 403 (Accession # AAA60275.1). Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin. The biotin to protein ratio is 0.5-1 as determined by the HABA assay.

Molecular Mass:  This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag. The protein has a calculated MW of 70.4 kDa. As a result of Glycosylation, the protein migrates as 79-104 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 158-208 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE).
Stability:  No activity loss was observed after storage at: In lyophilized state for 1 year (4°C); After reconstitution under sterile conditions for 3 months (-70°C).
Endotoxin:  Less than 1.0 EU per μg as determined by the LAL method.
