Product Name: | Recombinant Human PTH1R protein, His-tagged |
Product Overview: | Recombinant Human PTH1R (Asp27-Gly188) protein was fused to His-tag at C-terminus and expressed in human 293 cells (HEK293 cells). |
Description: | PTH1R is a multi-pass membrane protein which belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 2 family. PTH1R is expressed in most tissues. It is most abundant in kidney, bone and liver. PTH1R is expressed in high levels in bone and kidney and regulates calcium ion homeostasis through activation of adenylate cyclase and phospholipase C. In bone, PTH1R is expressed on the surface of osteoblasts. |
Source: | HEK293 cells |
Species: | Human |
Tag: | His |
Formulation: | Lyophilized from a 0.22 μm filtered solution of PBS, pH7.4, 10% trehalose. |
Protein length: | Asp27-Gly188 |
Purity: | >85 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
Storage: | Store under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
Reconstitution: | It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 mg/mL. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents. |
Molecular Mass: | The protein has a calculated MW of 19.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 27-43 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to different glycosylation. |
Endotoxin: | Less than 1.0 EU per μg as determined by the LAL method. |
Notes: | Research Use Only. Not for use in clinical procedures.Aoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
