Product Name: | Recombinant Human OTUB2, His tagged |
Product Overview: | Recombinant Human OTUB2 (Q96DC9-1) (Met 1-His 234), fused with a polyhistide tag at the N-terminus, was produced in E. coli. |
Description: | OTUB2 is a member of the cysteine protease superfamily which consists of a five-stranded B-sheet sandwiched in between a small helical amino-terminal region consisting of a1 and a2, and a large helical region comprised of a3–a10. The active site is formed at the interface of a3 and the loop connecting strands 4 and 5 of the b-sheet, and contains the catalytic triad, Cys 51, His 224 and Asn 226. |
