Product Overview: | Recombinant Human Met (NP_000236) extracellular domain (Met 1-Thr 932), fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, was produced in Human Cell. |
Description: | Purified Recombinant Human Met Proto-oncogene, His-tagged from Creative Biomart. Met, His-tagged (Human)(Met, met proto-oncogene (hepatocyte growth factor receptor)). |
Source: | HEK293 cells |
Species: | Human |
Tag: | His |
Formulation: | Lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4. |
Storage: | Store under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
Reconstitution: | It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents. |
Molecular Mass: | The mature form of recombinant human c-Met is a disulfide-linked heterodimer composed of proteolytically cleaved α and β subunits. Each α and β subunit together consists of 919 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 103 (α =33 +β=60) kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rh c-MET heterodimer thus migrates with apparent molecular mass of approximately 45 kDa and 85 kDa respectively in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. |
Stability: | Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70℃. |
Endotoxin: | Less than 1.0 EU per μg as determined by the LAL method. |
Notes: | Research Use Only. Not for use in clinical procedures.Aoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
