| Product Name: | Recombinant Human CD30, His-Avi-tagged |
| Catalog#: | MK1026H |
| Species: | Human |
| Source: | HEK293 |
| Tag: | His-Avi |
| Product Overview: | Recombinant Human CD30/TNFRSF8 protein (P28908-1) (Phe19-Lys379), fused with a C-terminal His-Avi tag, was expressed in HEK293 cells. |
| Description: | CD30 (TNFRSF8/Ki-1) is a 120 kDa Type I transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the TNF receptor superfamily. While normally expressed on antigen-stimulated T and B cells, its expression is significantly upregulated in Hodgkin’s disease, other lymphomas, chronic inflammation, and autoimmune diseases, making it a key clinical marker. Functionally, CD30 binds to its ligand (CD30L) to costimulate T cell proliferation, promote a Th2-biased immune response, and induce apoptosis during thymic negative selection. |
| Formulation: | Lyophilized from a 0.22μm-filtered PBS (pH 7.4) solution containing 5% trehalose as a protectant. |
| Purity: | > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
| Storage: | Store under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
