Source:  HEK293
Tag:  hFc
Product Overview:  Recombinant Human CD27 Ligand/CD70 (P32970-1) (Gln39-Pro193) fused with a N-terminal hFc tag, was expressed in HEK293 cells.
Description:  CD27 Ligand (CD27L), also known as CD70 or TNFSF7, is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the TNF superfamily. It functions as a non-covalent homotrimer and is primarily expressed on specific cell types, such as medullary thymic epithelial cells. The protein's main role is to bind to its receptor, CD27, to provide co-stimulatory signals for T-cell activation.
