Description:  CD47, also known as Integrin-Associated Protein (IAP), is a transmembrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It functions as a key cell surface receptor that interacts with multiple partners. In addition to associating with membrane integrins, CD47 binds to its primary ligands, thrombospondin-1 (TSP-1) and signal-regulatory protein alpha (SIRPα).
Formulation:  Supplied as 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
Purity:  > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage:  Store under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution:  Use distilled water to dissolve the protein to a concentration above 100 μg/mL. Aliquot the solution into single-use vials and freeze.
