Product Name: | Recombinant Cynomolgus CD38 protein, His-tagged |
Product Overview: | Recombinant Cynomolgus CD38 (Leu44-Ile301) protein was fused to His-tag at C-terminus and expressed in human 293 cells (HEK293 cells). |
Description: | CD38, also known as ADP-ribosyl cyclase, is a transmembrane glycoprotein comprising two to four N-linked oligosaccharide chains containing sialic acid residues. It is expressed on the surface of immune cells including CD4+, CD8+, B and natural killer cells. CD38 is a multifunctional ectoenzyme that catalyzes the synthesis and hydrolysis of cyclic ADP-ribose (cADPR) from NAD+ to ADP-ribose. CD38 functions in cell adhesion, signal transduction and calcium signaling. Through its production of cyclic ADP-ribose |
Source: | HEK293 cells |
Species: | Cynomolgus |
Tag: | His |
Formulation: | Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM MES, 100 mM NaCl, pH6.5, 10% trehalose. |
Protein length: | Leu44 -Ile 301 |
Purity: | >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
Storage: | Store under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
